Please note that orders are not available for same-day completion and must be placed in advance. Because all products are made fresh to order, please allow 2–3 days for preparation and baking.
Lucy’s Loaves is a one-woman operation, and every loaf and treat is handcrafted from scratch. I take pride in giving each order the time and attention it deserves to ensure the highest quality product.
All items are prepared and baked in my home kitchen. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, and special events. If there are any delays, I will communicate them as soon as possible! It will be the first thing on my site to avoid any miscommunication, so don’t worry!

This a regular loaf with an Italian twist! I take freshly grated Parmesan and an Italian spice blend to create the perfect savory snack! Made with a traditional Italian spice blend, Parmesan cheese, fresh bread flour, salt, water, and my very own sourdough starter! This loaf is best served with warm butter and a healthy serving of spaghetti!
This Pretzel Loaf is great dipped in melted butter and the perfect late-night snack! This fan favorite is boiled, baked, and soft-crusted. Ingredients include fresh bread flour, cheddar cheese, brown sugar, salt, pretzel salt, water, and my very own sourdough starter!

My name is Lucy Cochran, and I was born and raised on Chicken Fight Road in Atoka, OK! I am from a family of 6, going to school full-time at Oklahoma State University with my twin, Ginger! I love all things cooking and baking, and started sourdough baking in January and have now perfected it! While I’m home this summer, I would love to meet your snacking needs!!
